Laughter yoga

Laughter yoga is a technique to relieve stress with simple exercises of laughing. It is typically done in a group and the exercises are aimed at laughing in different ways, such as laughing like an engine. In the beginning the laughter is normally forced but after a while, you typically start laughing naturally. To the left there are some examples of laughter recorded at a laughter yoga session.
